The Linux Foundation has just announced that registrations are already open for its annual Collaboration Summit that will take place April 8 - 10, 2009 in San Francisco. Windows operating system has been one of the most popular and widely used operating system on the planet but with limited control and too much commercialization, other end users are opted and has long shifted to a more customizable system, the open source operating systems. Russia has plans of booting out Windows by developing Linux based open source operating system to have a national operating system.
