The funny thing about Windows Vista is that its competitors are not only Windows's traditional competitors, Mac's OS X and Linux, but also its brother, Windows XP.
Windows have been pushing people for a long time already to go and "upgrade" to Windows Vista, but a lot of XP users just won't budge. Now XP is in doom because computer manufacturers have already halted tying in their machines with Windows XP.
So what is left for XP? Battle out Linux for cheap laptop supremacy.
